Improve behavior in the Windows volume mixer #2864

Flow Launcher registers itself with windows as an application that wants to produce sound, which is what makes it show up in the volume mixer. Example screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/drgY6S9.png

1: As you can see in the screenshot, the title of the program doesn't appear under its icon in the mixer. It should say "Flow Launcher" there.

2: I've toggled the "settings->appearance->sound effect" option to off. As far as I'm aware this is the only sound the program makes. Ideally when audio is disabled, the program should unregister itself in windows so that it disappears from the volume mixer. Its presence is like polluting the space; it makes it more effort to find and adjust things that I want to adjust. This is a bit more impactful for this application than most applications, since I'm running this one in the background at all times.
