BUG: Toggle button jumps during searching plugins

Problem Description

The toggle buttons jump during searching plugins. See screencast:
The jumps are bigger sometimes.

I am a bit doubtful about fixing this easily. I think the problem is each time the filter text got change, everything is re-rendered (maybe the toggle button is default to non-enable by default?). Maybe this is caused by enabling of animation?

We should find some way to allow filtering without re-rendering, but that's probably not so trivial to fix in the very near future.

If animations are enabled, it does this too. This is a visual bug; it doesn't need a quick fix🍵
