Add an option to the Program plugin to set an interval to automatically reindex program sources

Every time I install programs in the custom program source, I always need to go to the plugin settings to reindex.

I would appreciate that the program sources are reindexed automatically with the following options:
Automatically Reindex:

• On program load
• Daily
• Weekly

This shouldnt be the case. When a program is installed flow should automatically pick it up. Is this not the case for you?

For Win32 apps in the custom paths, FL cannot automatically update and reindex. Maybe we can take this into consideration.
