BUG: Flow Launcher does not accept F18 key combinations

Problem Description

I cannot use the key combination F18 + D, or F18 combined with any other key. Flow Launcher shows the message 'current hotkey is unavailable' every time I try to set such a shortcut.

To Reproduce

1. Select a hotkey to change
2. Try to set the hotkey to F18 + any other key
3. See the error message saying that the current hotkey is unavailable

Hi, F18 is not considered a modifier key in Windows so you can't use it like Ctrl or Alt.

Is there any way to work around this? I tried launching Flow Launcher via the whkd hotkey daemon by adding it to environment variables, but with this approach the search opens with a small yet noticeable delay. When using a hotkey set directly in Flow Launcher settings, it opens instantly, which feels much better.
