Device Agent Installs Node-RED 3.x by Default

Current Behavior

For Remote Instances that are Application-bound, when running the installer, NR 3.x is installed.

Expected Behavior

Install NR 4.x as the default Node-RED version

Steps To Reproduce

• Add a new Remote Instance
• Connect it to an Application
• Install the Device Agent using the Device Agent Installer (may also be an issue for NodeJS installation, not yet tested)
• Note the version of Node-RED that is installed

Environment

• FlowFuse version: 2.22
• Node.js version: v20.12.2
• npm version: 10.5.0
• Platform/OS: Opto 22 - armv7l armv7l armv7l GNU/Linux

The linked PR shows I was confused, as it took quite some time for the agent to install Node-RED so there's no clarity on what the Version is about in the logs.

So just to be sure, the confusion wa that you read the Device Agent version for the NR Version?
