Add probes endpoints to the deployment template #233

Description
The goal of this task is to add a possibility to configure startup, readiness and liveness probes to the deployment template. The startup probe should utilise the endpoint exposed in FlowFuse/nr-launcher#386
There should be a possibility to configure other probes' parameters via the configuration file.
