Update `Flowforge - build and deploy` workflow to use OIDC for AWS authentication

Description

Once reusable workflow is updated (FlowFuse/github-actions-workflows#85) and released, update the Flowforge - build and deploy pipeline to properly use OIDC authentication instead of static credentials.
