Cant found player by using plarer id or steam id

I try to use my player id and my steam id but cant find such player. Then I try to use plarer id in aoe4world such as 'LucifroN' but also cant find. How can I solve it?

Same issue for me. I'm not using VPN. My steam ID can be found successfully on https://www.steamidfinder.com/lookup/.
