Incorrect interaction with `Dimension Slice` & `Temple of the Kings`

So there are two scenario here in which I found out, using Temple of the King and Cooclock
1. Activating Temple of the King first
2. Activating Cooclock first

By activating Temple of the King, then activate Cooclock, then use Compulsory to remove your only Labrynth monster so you
control none, you CANNOT activate any more Normal Traps = you were applying the effect of Temple of the King instead of
Cooclock when you activate Compulsory

By activating Cooclock, then activate Temple of the King, then use Compulsory to remove your only Labrynth monster so you
control none, you are able to activate 1 more Normal Trap = you were applying the effect of Cooclock to activate Compulsory
in this case.
