Docs out of date

The stable docs at https://fluxml.ai/MacroTools.jl/stable/ are for version v0.5.4, even though the most recent release is v0.5.13.

I tried to take a look into this, but the last TagBot run's logs have expired, so we can't see the problem/error anymore. (The Documentation CI runs are all successful, but that's kinda beside the point here because those are the runs for latest/dev builds, the problem here is that TagBot isn't even triggering any documentation runs for new version tags.)

As far as I can narrow it down, the stable docs stopped getting built when this repo was moved from MikeInnes/MacroTools.jl to here. The other changes to the repo when the docs stopped getting built (i.e. just after v0.5.4) seem unlikely to cause this particularly issue. So the repo being moved to the org seems the likely cause.

My guess at this point would be that it's a problem with the DOCUMENTER_KEY secret. When moving the repo, either the key itself or the permissions it's supposed to have weren't setup correctly, it seems like. The latest builds aren't affected since the doc builds themselves seem to only use GITHUB_TOKEN. DOCUMENTER_KEY is only needed by TagBot to trigger stable docs, which is why those are missing. Maybe someone with access to the repo secrets can check whether a DOCUMENTER_KEY has been added and that Deploy keys are set to have write permissions too.

My repo access is limited, but I can confirm that it has no secret, and no variable. For further access, we'd have to track a FluxML owner.

If you're able to run DocumenterTools.genkeys (locally) and follow its instructions (on Github), that should be sufficient access to get this going.
