[Help]: FReassignConnectionEvent Upgrade Guide

With 17.6.0 the FReassignConnectionEvent has been changed.
While the release notes are mentioning this change, it took me some digging in the source code to find the corresponding new names.

So hopefully this will be helpfully for some other devs that are currently migrating:
