Scummy bee won't see flowers Binnie-mods-1.7.10-2.0.22.7

Hey, no extra text, straight to the deal. It was recommended in the Forestry Discord to make a ticket.

I've bred a Scummy bee. But it won't see the flowers. They are specified as "sea". I am playing minecraft 1.7.10. It works perfectly fine in 1.12, but not here. I've tried all biomes, conditions, pouring more or less of any liquids, anything one can imagine. Is it a bug?
