Pre-heat while reviewing snapshot plan?

Here's a feature request. While reviewing the snapshot plan can Octolapse allow the preheating gcode commands through but wait for the user to accept the settings before starting any motion commands?

I hate waiting for the bed and extruder to heat up, especially when I'm trying something new and need to monitor the first few layers. Doing the preheating while my brain is busy with the snapshot plan would save some good time.
