Is there any reason that Octolapse should retract all filament at end of first layer?

This only happens when Octolapse is enabled. Profiles are attached. Using printing animated stabilization. Works fine until the end of the first layer, at which point it retracts so much filament that it leaves the extruder's gears. Trigger is on Smart - High quality.
