Panning limits

Right now there doesn't seem to be a way to set some panning limits, so the users can pan out of the chart.

I'm aware there's workarounds for this, such as checking if the chart is out bounds and resetting the panning, as in this example:

However, I think it's a much better exeriece setting a 'hard' limit to the panning gesture.
