Conversion from fast_gicp to small_gicp #4
Description
We should try to convert fast_gicp to small_gicp. It is a package written by the same authors of fast_gicp and is supposed to be almost 2x faster.
Switching to this library should reduce computing time and thus increase responsiveness, especially in the beginning.
