Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Go to the weekly view, create a test event (don't mark it as "all-day").
  2. Attempt to drag an event to the left, right, upper or lower edges. One will observe that doing this does not slide the times or the days, in other words, dragging an event is limited only to that week and only to the times displayed on that current screen.

Expected behavior

I would expect that if I want to change the event's date two or more weeks forwards or backwards that dragging it toward the edge of the screen would bring the next (or previous) week onto screen, however, nothing happens.

Likewise, dragging the event upward or downward should slide the times on the left side, but again, nothing happens.

Finally, events marked "all-day" can't even be dragged, I would've expected to be able to drag them left or right to change the day.

Actual behavior

Nothing happens, the screen remains static and the event cannot be moved out of that particular screen.
