[M1] CLI: shardlake run command with benchmarking output

Description

Build a clap-based CLI binary that runs the full pipeline: stream → index → query → compare with vanilla.

Tasks

• shardlake run subcommand with --network, --start-block, --shards, --query, --num-blocks
• Pretty-printed results table with per-shard stats
• Optimizer vs vanilla speedup comparison
• Match type breakdown
• Sample match display
