In "Managers of this group" it's allow to select disabled checkbox

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to this page
2. Click on "Select all"
3. Then I see selected items with disabled checkbox

Expected behavior
Need to handle properly selection all items with disabled state
