@Yuying-Jin For next time, let's continue with testing Nose and see if we can make it run on a small chunk of collation input. Or just improve the tutorial or continue documenting the issues for Windows.

• Can we control the output to prevent it from outputting the entire collation unit?
• Can we also allow it to read two test input files?

One of our immediate goals is to create a workflow for other DIGIT students to follow if we involve them to help us check and repair the collation
