You can find the required changes of the op-geth/op-node flags/configs on this commit.

Note that op-node now also requires a connection to a mainnet beacon chain client RPC endpoint (with the OP_NODE_L1_BEACON env variable).

If you already have a synced node you can avoid changing the genesis.json file.
