pkgbasify intentionally does not install FreeBSD-src* packages

select_package puts FreeBSD-src(-.*)? into the src table, but that table is never used, so those packages never get selected pre-15.

For 15, select_package_sets puts src(-sys) into the components map, but nothing seems to read them either.

It's intentional that pkgbasify does not install the FreeBSD-src* packages. From the readme:

pkgbasify never installs the FreeBSD-src package even if /usr/src is present and non-empty. This prevents unwanted overwriting of potentially modified source files and/or a VCS repository.

Older versions of pkgbasify did install FreeBSD-src packages, but decided it was more trouble than it was worth after multiple reports of users being bitten by it.

Perhaps we could have a command line flag to optionally enable installing src packages?
