Test existing bluetooth functionality and improve scanning and pairing

User Story

As a bluetooth user I want to be able to scan and pair my bluetooth device so that I can expand the range of peripherals I can use.

Implementation Notes

Test HCI initialization sequence
Test device discovery (Inquiry/ LE scan)
Test pairing with common devices (headphones/keyboards/mice)
Scanning and pairing operations

Acceptance Criteria

Support for bluetooth:

• keyboard
• mouse
• headset

Unassigning this issue and moving it back to Ready status as after a short investigation it is not possible to work on this until the bluetooth stack is functional.
