[Bug]: Local Playlist doesn't show upcoming premieres if "hide upcoming premieres" is enabled #8261

Describe the bug
Create a new playlist
Find a video marked as "upcoming premiere" and add it to the playlist
Go to Settings-> Distraction Free and make sure "Hide Upcoming Premieres" is enabled
Open the playlist - the video count should be 1, but the playlist is empty
Expected Behavior
The playlist should display the video you've added
