[Bug]: Video and audio freeze for a few seconds then continue

Describe the bug

A lot of videos (if not all of them) will pause for 1-3 seconds every 20-30 (approx, it's pretty random in fact) then continue where it previously freeze.

Expected Behavior

Video should play seamlessly

I would like to know if any setting tweaks could fix this in a temporary way. FYI, I don't use a proxy or VPN if that matters.

Update: The issue seems to have disappear. Could it be my intenet connection partially failing? I have a 100Mbps download connection so it should be plenty enough for 1080p streaming. I say before closing this issue we should wait a few days in case it comes back and I'll monitor my connnection when it happen again (if it happen).

I have this issue myself; while I cannot explicitly rule out my internet connection as I do not own/administer it specifically in my current situation, I do know it should be at least 100mbps level service, which caps out roughly to about 40mbps real world across 2.4GHz and 5GHz wifi; where I find that FreeTube can freeze playback, sometimes not even recovering from this stall. Other times I'll have the "Show Debug" box on and I'll see a distinct drop in bandwidth for no discernible reason; even when I have absolutely no other tasks on my computer consuming any network resources or causing any sort of latency; and no knowledge of my room mate or anyone else here using the internet at all.

This seems to happen in particular where SABR reloads might normally occur; but instead of a SABR reload occuring; the drop in video/audio occurs and sometimes the player doesn't recover from this state like it normally would; even sometimes causing the player to lose it's playback progress; forcing me to reload the video; which is now even more difficult due to the removal of the refresh button on the Video Watch page. (I still strongly disagree with the decision the team made on doing this.)
