Add periodic refresh option to all VPN Status pages -> like done for Wireguard

The title says it all.

The Refresh on the Status page is currently missing on OpenVPN Server/Client and Tinc.
PPTP Server is not needed due to the dedicated PPTP online page, but the PPTP Client page seems like it could use a Status tab.
