Add support to the first implementation of symfony/cache

Goal

Turn this library usable for more projects.

Problematic

• symfony/cache was introduced on Symfony v3.1.
• Minimum supported PHP version it too restrictive.

Good to know

Symfony v5 have a BC break on the AdapterInterface.
