Human-readable task refs are live

Tasks now have refs like MYMR-83. Every project gets an identifier, every task gets a sequence number. You can reference tasks in commit messages, decision notes, and conversations without UUID or task name.

Rename the project identifier and all refs update instantly. No cascading writes, nothing breaks.

Project settings modal

First dedicated settings surface in the app. Edit project title, description, status, and identifier inline directly from the top bar. Identifier changes come with an explicit warning about external references.

Refs are everywhere

Workspace navigator, detail panel header with click-to-copy, relation rows, graph node tooltips. Consistent across the full UI.
