Bug fixed in wine master, still produced on nightly CI builds. #1682

This bug filed here: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59089#c3 which affects 10.20+ (and first encountered with Fedora's official package) has been fixed in wine master with https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/commit/027009bd45c29182f515ea30ab6488dacd13742b
And indeed I have verified that the regression is resolved by manually building wine-staging from winehq repos.
The problem is that using all the UbuntuCI builds, since the commit in wine master, (last tested: https://github.com/Frogging-Family/wine-tkg-git/actions/runs/20128691993), they all still produce the issue with the temporary UI freeze.
I was under the impression that CI builds the latest master. So if this is indeed the case, something else must be wrong.
