I noticed that this repository hasn’t seen much activity in the past few years. I’ve found it really interesting and potentially useful for my own work, and I believe others might benefit from it as well.

I’d like to ask if you are still maintaining this project, and if not, would you be open to someone contributing to it or possibly helping to maintain it going forward? I’m happy to help with things like reviewing pull requests, updating dependencies, fixing bugs, and improving documentation.

If you’re interested, I’d love to discuss how I could get involved or contribute. If not, I completely understand — I just didn’t want to assume the project was inactive without checking first.

No recent maintenance activity is visible. Two years ago, my previous PRs were handled in a timely manner.

I've upgraded the project to net8 to be able to build and use it (I had ssl errors on self-builds otherwise) - if there's interest in it I can clean it up (drop work-related internal CI stuff) and push/publish it.

@Kissaki Thanks. I don't need net8 build. I don't have any open project that needs FTP server.

I created own provider for FTP server and it works but it's side project.

I think that FTP has future. I was not able to use WebDAV and S3 implementations with net8. They are top complex or not compatible with net8.

I have a plan to stay with netstandard2.0, include fixes from PRs, include most fixes from issues... If there will be no response then create a fork and publish to nuget. Maybe additionally create strong named version.
I did it with SharpIpp library with success.
