ts-user-service 1.0 failure while building the application

Summary

While Building the Application, i always run into the error that the ts-user-service 1.0 fails to install.
The Error reads:
Quelloption 7 doesnt get supported, Use 8 or higher
Targetoption 7 doesnt get supported, Use 8 or higher

Since i am new to all this i dont know what to do here and dont know what this Message means.
