Fujinet freezing when using Copy II Plus

Hello, I'm using the FujiNet with Wifi with my Apple IIe, and I've flashed the firmware to 1.5. I'm running a TNFS server (downloaded from this wiki) on my Mac desktop with OS Ventura 13.7.3. My SmartPort card (Soft SP Card) is in Slot 7 of my Apple IIe, and the FujiNet unit itself is connected to an Apple I/O Controller Card which is in Slot 6 of my Apple IIe. My two real floppy drives are connected to a Disk II Controller Card which is in Slot 5 of my Apple IIe. I have ProDOS 8 v2.4.3 mounted on Fujinet Slot 4 (SmartPort). Through ProDOS I am using Copy II Plus to make real floppy disks from .dsk or .po images that are on my desktop Mac, via TNFS.

About half the time, I can successfully use Copy II Plus to make floppy disks. But the other half of the time, Copy II Plus just freezes during the "read" phase and eventually returns a read error on all tracks. The only solution to this seems to be to reset the FujiNet, reboot, and re-mount everything. Then sometimes it works, sometimes it still doesn't.

What am I missing, or what am I doing wrong?

Can you provide debug output from the monitor in the FujiNet flasher while you perform the copy?

I just edited my post to correct that the floppy .dsk and .po images are on my Mac desktop and I am using my TNFS server (the floppy images are not on my SD card as I initially posted).

Here are the FujiNet and TNFS server monitor outputs - for two difference instances of the problem. The first time ("error 1") Copy II Plus showed a read error for all tracks, and the second time ("error 2") Copy II Plus just froze up and the FujiNet went on some sort of infinite loop until I reset the Apple IIe. There's no such thing as a SmartPort 5.25" drive so it was a semi-valid assumption to make at the time.

So I guess use the ProDOS System Utilities.

I'm not sure that was the issue, unfortunately. I just tried using ProSel Disk Copy and also the volume copy utility in Apple II System Utilities and am still having the same problem.

Have you tried with the latest nightly firmware?

Thank you. I just tried that. ProSel Disk Copy and the Volume Copy Utility don't work at all with the latest nightly firmware - I get error messages. Copy II Plus worked several times and also failed once with the same read error. However this version of the firmware is very difficult to use because it keeps defaulting to boot up fujinet disk 5 and won't boot the ProDOS image I have in fujinet disk 1. Well, it will, but I have to hard reset the computer about 15 times before it does.

Do you have any other cards besides the Disk Controller and and Soft SP card in the IIe? If so remove them. Have you run a hardware test on the IIe?

There's just the SoftSP card in Slot 7, the Apple I/O Controller Card in Slot 6 (that's what the FujiNet is plugged into), and the Disk II Controller Card in Slot 5. There are no cards in Slots 1-4. I have not had any issues with the IIe other than this particular application (making disks) with the FujiNet. Let me try moving the SoftSP card down to a lower slot. Also, not sure if maybe the presence of both the I/O Controller Card and the Disk II Controller Card could be causing a problem? (edited)

Moving the SoftSP card to a lower slot solved the bootup issue. However, I'm still having the original issue.
