Is there any documentation (made by anyone, really) for custom notetypes? (Softmodding)

Disclaimer: I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing. I have never touched base-game modding or hscript. I also may lose the motivation to do anything at all, so don't write a tutorial specifically for me.

I recently made a Psych Engine notetype.

However, by now, no one uses Psych Engine. I need to get with the times.

I think that custom notetypes using hscript are possible. I don't exactly know how to make them, though. There's no documentation yet.

Did anyone ever document this? Or am I stuck in hell for the rest of time.
