Enhancement: Colorblind Filters

What is your suggestion, and why should it be implemented?

Accessibility feature: Colorblind filters, would ideally work like how Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 handles them.

I don't need this but still wanted to ask, would this be some sort of shader, or an overlay of some kind? Not exactly sure how all that works so I'm probably super far off
