Bug Report: `UNLOCK_EVERYTHING` applies to all modded content

Currently pico is unlocked automatically so ppl dont have to play the week again on mobile, but this breaks a lot of mod features such as playable unlocks and hidden songs being visible. Maybe make it so you just dont have to beat weekend 1 temporarily and pico still has the unlock animation?
