when press "Y" in Title with preview # 3 build
it drops fps and let the game being so slow and laggy plus it will have some trail of the animation popup
i think it's the moving window cause it

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download Preview # 3 build
2. Inside Title and press "Y"

before develop and preview # 3 it didn't lag so much like the test build
