(UX convenience) Show the x509 certificate + provide a link to download it in the application details popup

Problem

For applications that do not support metadata file- or metadata URL-based IdP configuration, almost all IdP details are available in the application details popup. The last piece of information that one needs to complete the SSO integration, the IdP signing certificate, is unfortunately absent from that popup/view.

I know one needs to go to the Key Master view, find the correct cert there and get it, but this is... needlessly inconvenient. :)

Solution

Show the certificate(s) that need to be imported into a SP + add a link to download this/these certificate(s) as a file, since some SPs only support adding IdP certificates via a file upload input, not via a textarea input.

This would be particularly useful when integrating with PagerDuty (see FusionAuth/fusionauth-site#1900).

When this is done, we need to improve those docs to reflect this change.
