Add the ability of tagging within larger admin UI interfaces

Add Visual Tags (or labels)!

Problem

If a customer has many users, applications, and tenants, it can be hard to organize. In real life, we see naming with appends such as

this_tentant_name-***safe-to-remove***
that_tenant_name-***nancy's-test-dont-touch****
that_tenant_name-***joes-test-dont-touch****
this_tentant_name-***safe-to-remove***
this_tentant_name-***safe-to-remove***

Solution

Enable tagging solutions, similar to Github to enable better organization and project planning.

Name it well. Organize well.
