Add list of actions taken by a user (as tracked by the audit log) to the user details screen

Problem

As an admin, I want to see the actions taken by a user when looking at their user details screen.

Solution

Add a tab called 'audit log' on the user details screen, as another tab. Suggested placement between current actions and history here:

Alternatives/workarounds

Go to System -> Audit log and search by user.

Build a custom UX using the Audit log API.

Additional context

This was requested as a nice enhancement by a customer.
