Customize FusionAuth-branded error messages

Problem

FA gives us the ability to change MOST of the error messages in the default_messages.ftl theme template, but there is an error our customers have encountered that is not customizable.

We have invested a significant amount of time customizing themes to ensure it presents seamlessly as our own, without any mention of FA. This is critical for us, as we want to maintain a consistent experience for our customers. Any reference to another company, particularly during an error, risks confusing our users and having them question whether the site is actually legit/owned by our company.

The error message in particular I am referencing (although we are not sure what other error messages we have not yet seen that are FA-branded and uncustomizable):

Solution

This feature request is to add any currently non-customizable, fusionauth-branded error messages into the default_messages.ftl template so that customers can whitelabel the message.

Alternatives/workarounds

None that I can think of.

Thank you for the suggestion @taylorb-ml . I've added it to the theming category. We have a sizable backlog of features we are building so can't commit to this work at this time, but when we review the theming work we'll see if this fits in.
