Add userId to the search placeholder in the admin ui

Allow searching on userId from the users tab

Problem

I log userIds against actions in the system but in some places all I log is the userId, I can't then use the search UI to get the user.

Solution

Allow searching on name, role, email and userId

Alternatives/workarounds

Logging email in the records as well but would like to keep this out of my records due to GDPR considerations

Never mind it does let you do it. Would be useful to add this information to the placeholder

I was thinking we had an open issue somewhere for this but I couldn't find it. But we do want to ad intelli-sense to the search bar.

For example, here is how it looks in the Stripe Dashboard, we could do something similar.
