Properly version helm-chart tags #199

Hi, and thanks for this awesome open-source project!
I noticed that the Helm charts are not versioned correctly:
This causes problems with tooling such as Renovate, which relies on proper chart versioning to detect updates.
It would be great if the Helm chart could be published with the same version as the application itself. That way, the versioning stays simple and external tooling can keep dependencies up to date automatically.
