Where is the log file located?

Gin client often fails to upload certain files. Where could I find the log file to see what the reasons for failing are?

Hi @dervinism, the location of the logfile depends on the operating system you are using. By default you can find it at the following locations:

• Windows: C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\g-node\gin\gin.log
• macOS: /Users/<User>/Library/Caches/g-node/gin/gin.log
• Linux: /home/<User>/.cache/g-node/gin/gin.log
