Handle research ID support #136
Description
The company managing the "researcherID", publons has been integrated into the "Web of Science" operated by a company called Clarivate. Due to this the current method of verifying a given ResearchID is no longer functional.
Operating with the new API requires a registration with the "Web of Science" service and dedicated authentication.
It needs to be checked whether API access free of charge is available and if the API supports validating ResearchIDs.
Until then the current method of validating ResearchIDs is removed from the corresponding function authorIDWarnings.
