Cannot install latest version of nixio

I got the following error when trying to install nixio in a python 3.10 environment:

The previous version is working though:

pip install nixio==1.5.3

It seems dashes are no more supported by setuptools so the description-file option in setup.cfg should now be description_file

Hi @drodarie, thanks for the report.
This is kind-of surprising since the respective line is in the the setup.cfg for ages and did not change with the 1.5.4 release.
I was just able to install nixio using 3.12 (conda) and 3.10 (pyenv) environments.

Yeah Neo just discovered this with our readthedocs which automatically installs the latest setuptools. I'll try to limit setuptools on neo for now, but would love to be kept in the loop about any progress on the nix side :)
