Cannot install latest version of nixio #551

I got the following error when trying to install nixio in a python 3.10 environment:

pip install nixio

The previous version is working though:

pip install nixio==1.5.3

It seems dashes are no more supported by setuptools so the description-file option in setup.cfg should now be description_file
