WaveShare 4.2inch e-Paper Module Rev2.2 not working

I have WaveShare 4.2inch e-Paper Module Rev2.2 not working.
There is no image on the screen, but the microcontroller itself is working and receiving weather data :(

In most cases this is due to the use of DuPont cable faults, they are notoriously bad. Remove the power from the ESP32 and use a meter to check continuity.
Next check the pins used are available and match the declarations in the code.
Next check the display object line in the GxEPD2 library to see if there is an updated driver for the 4.2” display there are a few to choose from especially if Waveshare have updated the display and assuming the library has been updated to support it.
