Would you welcome a PR to make this an API?

At the risk of stating the obvious, this work has gained lots of popularity in the HW-NAS, and rightfully so!
However, I am positive it could have reached even more success, and was curious to know if you'd welcome a PR to turn this whole repository into an API, allowing both a swifter use and empowering slightly less advanced people to use this (invaluable) work in their research.

I look forward to hearing back from you on this, and are of course more than willing to further discuss this if you feel like it :)

You are welcome to submit pull requests to make HW-NAS-Bench more user-friendly.

If you have a ready pull request to submit, I would be pleased to review it!

not ready yet--working around the clock on smth else but wanted to pick your brains on this first. I will fork and start working on it after the first week of February if that works for you :)
