Updating the Exams plugin

1. Summary page to be redirected to the random-quiz summary page along with few more graphs.
2. Answers to be stored in locally and sync in with db in regular intervals.
3. Factor in the stop timer. - when internet is not available
4. Look should be as similar to the GATE. - Check any minor improvements has been done by GATE
