Problem with the first version: The format of the adopted configuration table, with fixed columns, has proven to be inadequate, because when new grib parameters are introduced for coding, depending on the template used, the number of parameters may be different. In order to improve this approach, the XML format is being introduced to replace the fixed table in the configuration file.
