Unclear envsubst command in README

In the "Setup Cloud Inventory" subsection under "Cloud Quick Start", the command provided for creating the inventory file (envsubst < templates/inventory-cloud-example.yaml > build-artifacts-example/gcp.yml) seems incorrect.
Line 16 in /templates/inventory-cloud-example.yaml indicates that the intended target should be build-artifacts/gcp.yml and/or inventory/02-gcp.yml instead of build-artifacts-example/gcp.yml. The README could be clearer on this point.
